Located in the heart of Dublin 1 this project was a state backed new development which a full turnkey solution involving full design, planning and construction of a new headquarters for Irelands state backed gas provider( equivalent of British Gas). The client had a requirement to relocate from its existing location in D’Olier Street and chose the landmark site in the NEIC regeneration area in order to accommodate the future requirements of the company as it expanded dramatically following the deregulation of the energy sector in Ireland.The accommodation consists of 23,000 sq ft of bespoke office space over 6 floors and was one of the largest office developments in Dublin at that particular time.

A separate annex of eleven apartments were also developed as part of this site and these were acquired separately by the local Authourity Dublin City Council to add to their housing stock .

The total value of the development was €13.7 million.
